At Wires, we have assembled our own dream team of experts in a range of fields. We make your challenge our own – thinking outside the proverbial box when needed, while also ensuring the small details work on the inside. Everything we do is about increasing our customers’ competitiveness and making sure the technology works.
Successful and sustainable technology development requires being able to switch perspective from the big picture to the small details. All development starts from our customers’ market conditions today and in the future. In the later stages of the process, we ensure technical solutions that pass all tests and deliver with high reliability and performance.
Our software development is done exclusively in Infix, which offers a secure, update-friendly, and flexible platform for all industrial Linux-based systems. Thanks to Infix, we can handle everything from small and simple to large and complex systems while maintaining high security at every stage. For you as a customer, a faster Infix means faster time-to-market, lower costs, and excellent opportunities for scalability and further development as technology and market conditions change.

Thanks to our close collaboration with Eskilstuna Elektronikpartner (EEPAB), we can realize the ideas we’ve developed and take them all the way to serial production. EEPAB is certified in accordance with IPC VS. The entire facility is thereby approved under IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610. They are also certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Throughout the development process, we have access to a fully equipped laboratory right next door. This means we can quickly confirm or refute our hypotheses. For you as the customer, this allows us to develop faster, cut costs, and reduce risks.
We have two Serial Data Analyzers (SDAs) with bandwidths of up to 16 GHz and up to 12-bit resolution. An SDA can trigger on a specific message, making it highly useful for verifying modern electronics. We also have test software for the instruments to support verification of Ethernet, DDR memory buses, and more.
Our 4-corner tester is used to push electronics to their performance limits, primarily in terms of voltage, load, temperature, and more. These tests can later be repeated, for example when a component enters LTB and needs to be replaced. The tester saves a tremendous amount of time and ensures that all parameter combinations are thoroughly tested.
We regularly release new versions of our open network operating system, Infix. Automated and stable regression testing is key to maintaining a high development pace and quick integration of security patches and other updates while maintaining quality. Our open test framework enables easy development of test suites for continuous execution in virtual and physical test environments.
Wires can assist with test development for specific use cases and management of customer test systems.
